Symptom
Built-in modem does not work.
(MPC-501M62E only)
The microphone suddenly fails during
recording or output from the speaker
suddenly cuts off during playback
Recommended Action
• On the BIOS Settings screen, change
the COM1 Port setting to “Multi-
Communication Port.”

this User’s Guide.
• Check the Mobile Cockpit screen to see
if the Port Replicator icon is enabled.

• Change the audio volume setting or
restart the application.
