10. If it is not necessary to change the number of controls, skip to Step 12. To change the
number of positive and negative controls:
a. Use either ARROW to move the cursor to the check box next to STDs.
b. Press SELECT to darken the check box.
c. Press ENTER. The display will become

the ‘1’ to ‘2’.
d. Continue using NEXT and ARROW to define the locations of each of the
positive controls. After the location of the last positive control is defined, press
ENTER. The display will change back to
