Unfold Implement
If the implement is already unfolded, continue at “Install
Wing Gauge Wheels” on page 21.
1. Fully raise implement.
2. Fully extend parking stands.
3. Install lift cylinder lock channels.
4. Lower implement onto stands and/or locks.
5. If stands are available, set one beyond, but not in the
path of each wing. Adjust the height to match the
raised center section.
6. Slowly extend the fold circuit to begin wing unfolding.
7. When wings are just above level, position the stands
to support the wings.
8. Continue unfold. When wing-ends rest on stands,
wing gauge wheels (if factory-installed), or rest on
wing-end coulters, stop extension. Set circuit to
Float.
Note: Wing locks engage during unfold.
Note: Wing-end coulters are likely to contact the ground.
Slow the unfold as this point nears.
