the Mains voltage.

Weld current available.
Buzzer sounds intermittently.
Error code E14 automatically
will reset when the
voltage increases.

7 E12 error code displayed

Under mains supply (input) voltage
primary capacitors is reduced for
one second.

Mains supply voltage is down
to a dangerously low level.

Have an Accredited Thermal
Arc Service Agent or a
qualified electrician check
the Mains voltage.

Weld current ceases.
Buzzer sounds constantly.
Error code E12 automatically
will reset when the
voltage reduces.

8 E81 error code displayed

Wrong Primary supply (input)
voltage connected.

When 3 phase machine is

first turned ON with the
wrong Primary supply (input)
voltage connected.

Have an Accredited Thermal
Arc Service Agent or a
qualified electrician check
the Mains voltage.

No weld current is available.

CPU checks mains supply (input) voltage
when the ON/OFF switch on rear panel of
machine is turned ON.

The Primary supply (input)

voltage fluctuates and is
not stable.

Have an Accredited Thermal
Arc Service Agent check
connector plug on input PCB
and the Mains voltage.

No weld current is available.
Buzzer sounds constantly.
Switch machine OFF then ON
to reset E83 error.

11 E93 error code displayed

Memory chip (EEPROM) on control PCB
can not read/write weld parameters.

Memory chip (EEPROM) error.

Have an Accredited Thermal
Arc Service Agent check the
control PCB.

Weld current ceases.
Buzzer sounds constantly.
Switch machine OFF.
