To ensure proper assembly of the torch cartridge:
1. Place the cartridge assembly on a clean, flat surface
2. Assemble the consumable parts from electrode to shield cap.
3. Install the consumable parts in the cartridge
4. Install the shield retainer to complete the cartridge assebly.
