  3. Locate one of the main wheels and the 3 /
8
-inch (10mm)
spacer. Slide the spacer into the wheel.
  4. Position the spacer in the wheel so it is offset to one
side. The spacer will measure 3 /
16
-inch (5mm) on one
side, 1 / 16
-inch (1.5mm) on the other. Use thin CA to
glue the spacer on to the wheel once you have the
correct offset.
