For detailed information on the operation of the following buttons on the
control panel, please see “How to copy” in this Chapter.
BUTTONS Explanation
Job Cancel Pressing this button stops and cancels the printer operation
in progress. The printed sheet will ejected.
Scan to File Pressing this button starts scanning of the original
document into a file in the viewer software on your PC.
Scan to Email Pressing this button starts scanning the original document
into your e-mail software.
Copy Pressing this button starts copying.
Stop Pressing this button stops and cancels the copy operation
in progress. The original document and printed sheet will
be ejected.
10 keys Set the number of copies by using these keys when you
want to make multiple copies. The maximum number of
copies is 250.
Sort Press this button to sort multiple copies.
Clear Press this button to reset all copy settings to their defaults.
Enlarge/Reduce Set the enlarge/reduce ratio for the copy. The setting is
effective only for the next copy operation.
Density Set the print contrast by using this button.
Document type Set the copy mode.
Paper size Press this button to select the size of the printed sheet.
Options Pressing this button changes the layout on the print sheet
for copying.
