10. Press dBm.
Note: “dBm” should change to “SWR”.
11. Press FWD.
Note: “SWR” should change to “FWD” and “ ” to “.000 W”.
12. Press LIGHT.
Note: The back‐light should turn on.
13. Press LIGHT.
Note: The back‐light should turn off.
14. Press s (up).
Note: The power meter should change ranges each time it is pressed until it
reaches “.000 KW”.
15. Press t (down).
Note: The power meter should change ranges each time it is pressed until it
reaches “.000 W”.
16. Turn the power meter OFF.
Repairing the Cal Cart
Removing the Front Panel
1. Remove the screws between the RF connector and the handle.
2. Pull on the handle set into the base of the front panel.
3. Remove the front panel.
Replacing the Cord Reel
1. Disconnect the cord reel from the terminal strip.
2. Unscrew the AC connector.
3. Unscrew and remove the cord reel.
4. Screw the replacement cord reel into place.
5. Thread the AC connector through the grommet.
6. Crimp a ring terminal to the green/yellow wire.
7. Connect the wires on the other end to the terminal strip.
