VFD Faults (PowerFlex 4 VFDs only)
The VFD Faults screen shows faults for each PowerFlex 4 VFD in use (in this
example four VFDs are in use). The fault information comes from the
PowerFlex 4 VFD via the Modbus communication. Press RESET VFD
FAULT or the stop button on the VFD to reset the VFD fault.
List of available PowerFlex VFD faults:
NO FAULTS 39- PHASE V TO GROUND SHORT
2- AUXILIARY INPUT 40- PHASE W TO GROUND SHORT
3- POWER LOSS 41- PHASE UV SHORT
4- UNDERVOLTAGE 42- PHASE UW SHORT
5- OVERVOLTAGE 43- PHASE VW SHORT
6- MOTOR STALLED 63- SOFTWARE OVERCURRENT
7- MOTOR OVERLOAD 64- DRIVE OVERLOAD
8- HEATSINK OVERTEMPERATURE 70- POWER UNIT FAILED
12- HW OVERCURRENT (300%) 80- AUTO TUNE FAILED
13- GROUND FAULT 81- COMMUNICATION LOSS
29- ANALOG INPUT LOSS 100- PARAMETER CHECKSUM ERROR
33- AUTO RESTART TRIES 122- I/O BOARD FAIL
38- PHASE U TO GROUND SHORT
