INTRODUCTION
Trim-Tex is proud to introduce the new Arch Plus 90º Combo Corner Bead. Finish 90º outside
corners and archways with one product. All in one design reduces in store and jobsite
damage. Made of rigid PVC, this product is dent resistant, will never rust, and doesn't provide
a food source for mold like some paper covered products. Arch Plus 90º Combo Corner Bead
is ready to finish 90º outside corners right out of the box. The ¼" wide Tear Away™ Leg keeps
the product rigid and straight, but removes easily to create just about any arch detail.

INSTALLATION
Step 1: Use minimal drywall setback on the
Arch Plus 90º Combo Corner Bead. Make
sure the edges of the board are cleanly cut.
Ripped or rolling paper will prevent the mud
legs of the bead from sitting flat on the wall.
Do not use the tapered edge of the board for
outside corners. Step 3: To use the Arch Plus Bead for
arches, simply back bend the tear off strip as
shown in

the Arch Plus Bead as in . Engineered
arch tabs will allow you to form a 10'' inside
radius or an 18" outside radius.

TIP:
For a smoother transition, extend the
arch onto the straight part of the opening.
Step 2: For straight corners, measure your
piece and cut to length. Install the bead using
Trim-Tex's 847 Spray Adhesive and ½"
divergent staples every 4" - 6".
