MAINTENANCE
VALVE TRAY REPLACEMENT
Removing Valve
1. Shut off the gas supply.
2. Remove the faceplate.
3. Open the fl ush door and remove the door.
4. Remove 6 screws in locations shown below to remove base tray and
pilot hood (See Diagram 1..
Diagram 1: Remove the 6 screws and then lift
out the base tray
Installing Valve
1. Install new Valve Tray Assembly.
2. Reverse steps 8-1.

5. Remove 2 screws in location shown below - slide burner to the right
then lift out. (See Diagram 2.
8. Remove the 12 screws securing the valve tray assembly in place
(Diagram 4. and then lift the entire assembly out (Diagram 5..
NOTE: Parts have been hidden to shown screw locations.
6. Disconnect the inlet gas line.
7. Disconnect the EV1, EV2, and ground wires from the valve - as shown
below.
