Troubleshooting • Receiver
(BLACKBOX)

to turn on the
receiver
• Verify if there are batteries in the receiver.
• Verify if the batteries are correctly installed (p.11).
• Replace alkaline batteries.
The photos are
not transferred to
the BLACKBOX
• Synchronise together the BLACKBOX and the camera
before use (p.24).
• Verify the quality of the wireless signal with the
option "Range Test" (p.23).
• Observe the maximum distance between the receiver
and the camera (250 ft) (p.23).
• Install the latest update available for the receiver
and the camera (available on www.spypoint.com
under SUPPORT section).
The BLACKBOX
receiver does
not synchronize
with the TINY-W BF
camera
• Bring closer the 2 devices (p.23).
• Install the latest update available for the receiver

The range test
of wireless signal
does not work
• Verify if the receiver is turned on.
• Synchronise together the BLACKBOX and the camera

• Bring closer the 2 devices (p.23).
• Verify if the two antennas (BLACKBOX and camera)
are pointing up and they are placed approximately at
the same height (p.23).
• Install the receiver on the same side of the camera’s
antenna to have a stronger signal (p.23).
The device takes
water
• Verify if the cover is tightly closed.
• Verify if the rubber ring is correctly installed.
• Clean the rubber ring.
