Alignment Kit Instructions
Part # F462-AK
Installation:
1. Before beginning any alignment always check for loose or warn parts, tire pressure, & tire wear
patterns.
2. Raise & support the front of the vehicle by lifting on the frame rail to unload the front suspension
but letting the tires touch the rack.
3. Remove the lower A-arm mounting bolt.
4. Install the new Skyjacker bolt through the new Skyjacker cam so the head of the bolt is in the
recess. Mount the cam shoulder plate so the pin fits in the existing small hole in the frame /
Skyjacker cross member. Install the bolt & cam through the plate, frame, & A-arm. (See Photo
Below) Install the washer & nut at this time.
5. Repeat Steps # 3 & # 4 for each lower A-arm bolt.
6. Lower the vehicle & adjust the camber / caster by rotating hex on the cam washer using a 2 1/8"
open end wrench.
Note: An alignment is to be performed by a qualified alignment center.
