Remove the Belt Guard

Remove the Diamond Blade
and recheck vibration

Clean Motor and recheck
vibration
Remove
Belt Guard
Phillips
Screwdriver
Go to
Step C
If vibration exists,
go to step E
Diamond
Blade
If vibration exists,
go to step B
If no vibration exists,
replace Blade
Go to
Step D
Return to
MK Diamond
for Repair

Return to MK Diamond
V-belt
(A)
Allow motor to cool at least five
minutes and then depress
motor Overload Reset Switch
(B)
Verify all power connections
are fully installed
If less than 20
Amps move saw
to 20 Amp circuit
Overload
Reset Switch
If motor does not
start, go to Step B
Check all
connections
If all plugs connected,
go to Step C
If circuit 20 Amp
or greater go to
Step E
Check Breaker
20 Amps or
greater

Verify the circuit breaker is at
least 30 amps – if not, move to
30-amp circuit
