UNPACKING, TRANSPORT, UNIVERSAL STAND and ASSEMBLY
4. Diamond Blade Installation:
NOTE: When installing the diamond blade retaining-bolt, ensure the threads of the bolt are aligned with the
threads of the drive shaft so as not to “cross-thread" the bolt.
5. Water Pump Preparation:

Identify and remove Retaining
Screw and Outer Flange using
the Blade Wrench

Raise Cutting Head to the
highest position and tighten
the Locking Handle

Loosen the Cutting Head

Turn counter-
clockwise to loosen
Cutting Head
raised
Retaining Screw
and Outer Flange
Turn counter-
clockwise to
loosen
Blade Wrench

Install the Diamond Blade onto
Blade Shaft with the Directional
Arrows facing out
(F)
Install the Retaining Screw and
Outer Flange and then tighten

Verify the Blade is seated on the
Blade Shaft and the Directional
Arrows are facing out
Install the
Blade
Rotation
Direction
Seat Blade on
Blade Shaft
Rotate the Blade
Wrench clockwise
to tighten
Retaining Screw
and Outer Flange

Thread the Water Pump
Discharge Fitting onto the
Water Pump discharge
Cooling
Transfer Tube
(B)
Press one end of the Cooling
Transfer Tube onto the Water
Pump Discharge Fitting
Press on
Flow Adjusting
Clamp
Press on

Slide Cooling Flow Adjusting
Clamp onto the Cooling
Transfer Tube
Turn clockwise
to tighten
Discharge
Fitting
Pump
Discharge
