InPCmode,thecameraimageisalways
shown in the preview window of Leica
ApplicationSuite.Inaddition,anothercompu-
termonitorortelevisioncanbeconnectedvia
theHDMIinterface.
Theimagecannotbeoutputviaboththe
HDMI and analog ports simultaneously.
The HDMI port always has priority. To output
the image via the analog port, you have to
removetheHDMIcablefromthecamera.
The image resolution on the attached
HDMI or television screen is limited to
theliveimageresolutioninsidetheLASEZsoft-
ware.Duetotechnicallimitationsitisnotpossi-
bletoprovideaHD-readyorFull-HDliveimage
streamtotheattachedscreen.Inordertosee
the higher resolution on the attached screen,
pleaseusethecamerainstandalonemode(see
page17)
Connecting the HDMI monitor
1. Connect the HDMI cable provided to the
LeicaIC80HD.
2. ConnecttheHDMIcabletotheHDMItele-
visionormonitor.
