WARNING:
1. ERICO products shall be installed and used only as indicated in ERICO product instruction sheets and training materials. Instruction sheets are available at
www.erico.com and from your ERICO customer service representative.
2. ERICO products must never be used for a purpose other than the purpose for which they were designed or in a manner that exceeds specified load ratings.
3. All instructions must be completely followed to ensure proper and safe installation and performance.
4. Improper installation, misuse, misapplication or other failure to completely follow ERICO's instructions and warnings may cause product malfunction, property damage,
serious bodily injury and death.
The customer is responsible for:
a. Conformance to all governing codes.
b. The integrity of structures to which the products are attached, including their capability of safely accepting the loads imposed, as evaluated by a qualified engineer.
c. Using appropriate industry standard hardware as noted above.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
All governing codes and regulations and those required by the job site must be observed.
Always use appropriate safety equipment such as eye protection, hard hat, and gloves as appropriate to the application.

Inspection (Torque) Wrench
General Instructions:
The wrench supplied is typical of torque tools that can
be adjusted, and when used properly, will emit a “click”
at the desired torque. Refer to specific instructions that
were supplied with the tool. If you require a copy of
manufacturing instructions, or have difficulty with use
of the product, please note model number on tool and
contact ERICO.
When installing LENTON
®
Tapered Threaded Type
Products, refer to the table provided for recommended
installation torques. Specific LENTON
®
Product
Instruction Sheets and/or Governing Approval Codes
may require higher torque values. Contact site engineer
or ERICO.
Ensure that tool is stored properly to minimize damage.
When stored for long periods, adjust tool to a low
setting to relieve stress on internal parts. For further
information follow manufacture’s instructions.
Safety:
To help ensure safety, good footing and balance should
be maintained when using tools of this type. Failure to
maintain footing or balance could result in injury and/or
damage to property. Note further product safety
instructions in safety documentation provided with tool,
as well as the notations provided below.
Re-Calibration:
Follow manufacturer’s recommendation for re-
calibration of tool. Typically service and re-calibration
is required once a year. For further questions contact
ERICO.
