Prior to installation, read and follow the instructions below, and the instructions
shown in ERICO ® ERICONTACT catalog R408C.
Drill the rail at the neutral axis, using drill template. 1.
Use go no-go gauge to verify hole dimension. 2.
Insert bushing into the rail, install cap on bushing. Using insertion mandrel and 3.
the insertion tool, install the bushing on the rail.
Install hex bolt, flat washers, lug, and self locking nut as depicted above. 4.
Recommended torque 88 lbf ft [120Nm]
