4.2 Removing jammed paper
Printhead may be hot, please do not touch!
 Turn the printer off and press the cover open button.
 Remove jammed paper, reinstall the roll, and close the cover.
 If paper is caught in the cutter and you cannot open the printer cover, open the cutter cover
as shown on the left below.
 Turn the knob until the cutter blade returns to the normal position, as shown on the right
picture below. There is a label to assist you.
 Close the cutter cover.
 Open the printer cover and remove the jammed paper.
