COATS TIRE CHANGERS
LIMITED WARRANTY
HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants all Coats Tire Changers and Inflation Equipment products described below to be fit for normal use and free from defects in materials and workmanship when
these products leave the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.
The WARRANTY PERIOD for each product follows:

ProGuard Leverless / Model 9024E 1 Year (2) 6 Months
70X Rim Clamp / APX80 / APX90 3 Years (1) (2) 6 Months
All other Rim Clamp Tire Changers (Excludes Baseline) 1 Year (2) 6 Months
All Heavy Duty Tire Changers 1 Year 90 Days
Tire Changer and Inflation Accessories 1 Year (3) No Labor Warranty
(1) 1 year warranty on air operated cylinder components, valves, seal kits, rotary coupling, rubber hoses and air lines. Effective on machines placed in service after January 01, 2014.
(2) 5 years Transmission (pro-rated after three years) Customer pays 60% of current list part price between 3
rd and 4 th year. Customer pays 80% of current list part price between 4 th and 5 th year.
Effective on machines placed in service after January 01, 2014.
(3) For 1 year end user pays freight to Authorized Service Center, Hennessy pays return freight to end user.

This warranty shall not apply to any Hennessy product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, tampering, alterations, lack of maintenance, accident, or exposure to the elements. Air operated
components must be supplied with clean, dry air. Failures due to air system contamination including but not limited to water, rust, foreign debris are not covered. This warranty shall not apply to machines
used in commercial applications in a production environment. This warranty excludes regular maintenance required in the ordinary use of the products specified above, including replacement of items and
supplies ordinarily used up, consumed or worn out during normal use. *Wear Items include but are not limited to wheel protectors, boots, booties, nylon mount/demount head, drive belt, grip max clamp
inserts and bead loosener pads.
All warranties commence on the date of delivery to the first retail buyer or date of first use, whichever is earlier. Warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship discovered and reported to
HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. within the warranty period specified above.
THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any breach of this warranty shall be the repair or replacement, at the option of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC., of any defective part or parts, free of charge including labor

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF ANY PURPOSE AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE SELLER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL
HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY OTHER THAN AS HEREIN EXPRESSLY STATED.
