Normal Operating Mode
4. Baking sheets require special loading to prevent them from nesting. An optional sheet pan
rack, P/N 335126 provides a convenient way to separate and properly load baking sheets.
5. Without the optional sheet pan rack, baking sheets must be stacked in an alternating criss-
cross pattern. Make sure the pans are stacked with the baking side facing up.
Loading and Cleaning Wares
Insert in a
bake sheet
rack.
Stack in a
criss-cross
pattern.
6. Push the ON push button to start the wash pump and heater.
7. Push the OFF push button periodically, check the cleanliness of the wares and remove from the
wash tank as needed. Load additional wares, do not overload the tank.
8. Push the ON button to restart the wash tank pump and heater.
Criss-cross baking sheets or use an optional bake sheet rack, P/N 335126.
