9 If you do not want users to be able to print directly on this printer, click the Hide checkbox
to the right of the printer so that a checkmark appears.
When the Hide checkbox is not checked, both the queue and the individual printer appear in
the Chooser, and users can choose either one.
Being able to print directly on a printer may be useful for applications that allow the feeding
of individual sheets of paper, such as envelopes, to the printer.
10 Click Save.
The queue appears in the Print Server Activity window. When the status line of the queue
indicates that it is operating normally, the queue is ready to use.
