General Maintenance
A. Brake Disc Wear Check
(1000 Hour Intervals)
Check the brake discs for wear
every 1,000 hours of operation or
yearly.
If the brake discs require service due to wear, the axle should be checked,
serviced and repaired only by experienced service technicians who are
aware of all safety instructions and particular component features.
A. Front Axle
1. Block all four wheels to help prevent the vehicle from moving after
the parking brake is disabled.
2. Remove the six capscrews (1) and flat washers securing the trans-
mission covers (2) to the frame. Remove the covers.
10. Brake Disc Inspection
WARNING:
BLOCK ALL FOUR WHEELS. Failure to do so
could result in death or serious injury from vehicle roll-away
