Install Light Bar
1. Install kit Mounting Bracket
a. Slide kit Mounting bracket over bolt loosened
during disassembly. Flat face of bracket faces
downward with welded gusset side facing
towards outside of vehicle.
b. Install OE Bolt removed during disassembly and
tighten.
c. Repeat above steps on opposite side of vehicle.
2. Install kit light bar hoop.
a. Line up kit Hoop mounting plates with brackets
just installed and loosely secure with kit bolts
(3/8” x 1”) and hardware.
b. Make sure kit light bar hoop is centered and
level with front of vehicle and tighten bolts.

After Completing Installation
Engine Compartment
1. Connect both battery cables. Connect positive cable
first, then negative cable.
Miscellaneous
1. Check all fasteners to ensure they are tight.
2. Ensure all wires, hoses, cables, etc. are properly
connected and there is ample slack.

Retorque all fasteners after 500 miles and after off road

inspected and fasteners retorqued during routine vehi-
