. If TeraStation encounters a disk error, it will be reported in the TeraStation status on the top of any
of the Web-Based configuration screens. Run a ‘Normal’ Disk.Scan.in.the.event.of.this.error...If.
that doesn’t work, try running a ‘Thorough’ Disk Scan. Additionally, if that still does not resolve the
problem, a format is recommended. Formatting the drive will delete all of the data on it so back up
any data you can before formatting. Finally, if none of the above solutions help, then please contact
Technical Support (see pages 81 and 82 for Technical Support contact information).
Troubleshooting
DIAG LED codes:
One blink every second: RAID Array Configuration is running normally
One blink every four seconds: RAID Error
Four blinks every four seconds: Internal Fan Error
Five blinks every four seconds: Flash ROM Error
Six blinks every four seconds: Hard Drive Error
Seven blinks every four seconds: RAM, LAN, or HDD Controller Error
