You need your PIN2 code to activate and
deactivate fixed dialing or edit your fixed
dialing contacts. Contact your service
provider for your PIN2 code.
Select
Options and from the following:
Activate fixed dialing or Deactivate
fixed dialing — Activate or deactivate
fixed dialling.
New SIM contact — Enter the contact
name and phone number to which calls
are allowed.
Add from Contacts — Copy a contact
from the contacts list to the fixed dialling
list.
To send text messages to the SIM contacts
while the fixed dialing service is active,
you need to add the text message centre
number to the fixed dialing list.
Contact groups
To open the group list, open the contacts
list, and tap .
Create contact groups
With contact groups, you can contact
several people with a single message.
Select
Menu > Contacts , and open the
groups tab.
Create a new group
1 Select Options > New group .
2 Use the default name, or enter a new
name, and select OK .
Add members to the group
1 Select the group and Options > Add
members .
2 Mark each contact you want to add,
and select OK .
Manage contact groups
Select Menu > Contacts .
Send a message to all group members
Tap and hold the group, and select Create
message .
Set a ringing tone for a group
Tap and hold the group, and select
Ringing tone .
Rename a group
Tap and hold the group, and select
Rename .
Delete a group
Tap and hold the group, and select
Delete .
Add a contact to a group
Select the group and Options > Add
members .
To check which other groups a contact
belongs to, select the group and the
contact, and Options > Belongs to
groups .
Remove a contact from a group
Select the group and the contact, and
Options > Remove from group .
E-mail
About e-mail
Select Menu > Email .
With Email, you can add several mailboxes
and access them directly from your home
screen. In the main e-mail view, you can
switch from one mailbox to another. E-
mail is a network service.
If you do not have a mailbox, you can
create one at www.ovi.com.
