Clearing the Event Log
This section describes how to clear the event log. To clear the
event log, do the following:
1.
With FaxPress EDC Monitor open, click Edit > Clear All
Events. The Clear Processor Events dialog box appears. See
Figure A.4.

2.
Do one of the following:
Click Yes to clear all events.
Click No to cancel.
Monitoring the Processor Services
The FaxPress EDC Manager and all of the individual processors
that are managed by the FaxPress EDC are installed as services.
The FaxPress EDC Monitor can be used to view the status of these
services and to add and remove services. This section describes
how to monitor the status of the FaxPress EDC processor services.
Accessing the Services dialog box and Changing Service
Status
To access the Services dialog box and change the status of
services, do the following:
1.
On the FaxPress server, select Start > Programs (or All
Programs) > FaxPress EDC Monitor. The FaxPress EDC
Monitor program window appears.
2.
Select Tools > Services. The Services dialog box appears.

This dialog box displays the status of the FaxPress EDC
Manager service (which controls all of the processors) as well
as the status of the individual processors.
