ID FaxPress mailbox
ID Allows any valid FaxPress user
to send a fax or e-mail. The
default user is used when the
Konica Minolta operator does
not valid FaxPress user.
Name Recipient Name Allows the Konica Minolta
operator to specify the fax
recipient. The recipient name is
displayed on the cover sheet
and elsewhere in the FaxPress.
Password Password Allows users with personal
passwords to enter their
password to log in to their
FaxPress account. Password
can be up to 11 characters. If
password is blank, press
space bar.
Authentication Not Used
Delay Send Date
Time Delivery Options Allows user to specify the time
that the FaxPress is to send the
job.
Billing Code 1 Billback Code Allows user to attach a valid
FaxPress bill back code 1 to
outbound document.
Transmission will fail if billing
code is not pre-registered.
Billing Code 2 Billback Code 2 Allows user to attach a valid
FaxPress bill back code 2 to
outbound document.
Transmission will fail if billing
code is not pre-registered.
Cover Sheet Cover Page Allows a cover sheet to be sent
with fax or e-mail. You must
specify a cover sheet that is
installed on the FaxPress
server.
Subject Subject Allows the user to include a
subject line with the fax or
e-mail. Appears in the
Description field of the
Outgoing Faxes list in the
FaxPress client and the cover
page.
