Using ToneCurve Utility
Using the ToneCurve Utility allows you to adjust the brightness and the contrast
of the document to be printed. The tone curve that has been registered can also
be used by other computers on the network.
• The ToneCurve Utility outputs the test chart to confirm the tone curve
before actual printing.
The flowchart for the operation of ToneCurve Utility:
• The tone curve that has been created by the ToneCurve Utility and
registered with the image controller can be selected only by the PS
Plug-in Driver to be used for printing.
• For details of the ToneCurve Utility, refer to the help file.

Start the ToneCurve Utility.

Select a printer.
● When any test chart is
arbitrarily used:
Go to Step 3 ● When a test chart is used
that has been registered:
Go to Step 4

Click [Add] and select a
file.
