E-Mail Setting
To enable E-Mail setting is necessary to use the Scan to E-mail function.
1.
Touch [04 Network Settings] on the Administrator setting
menu.
2.
Touch [02 Controller NIC Setting].
3.
Touch [09 E-mail Setting].
4.
Touch [Enable] for [SMTP Setting].
5.
Enter the SMTP Server Address on the screen displayed by
touching of [Change] for [SMTP Server Address] and touch
[OK].
6.
Enter the Port number on the screen displayed by touching
of [Change] for [Port number] and touch [OK].
7.
Enter the value on the screen displayed by touching of
[Change] for [Connection Time Out Time] and touch [OK].
8.
Touch [Enable] or [Disable] for [Binary Division].
● If [Enable] is selected: Go
to Step 9 ● If [Disable] is selected: Go
to Step 11
9.
Enter the value on the
screen displayed by
touching of [Change]
for [Divided Mail Size]
and touch [OK].
