Replacing
a
module
Attention:
Never
leave
an
empty
bay
or
slot
in
the
rear
of
the
enclosure
after
removing
a
module.
Either
install
a
replacement
module
or
fit
with
a
blanking
plate.
Removing
or
installing
a
power
supply
unit
DANGER
Do
not
remove
covers
from
a
PSU.
Danger
of
electric
shock
exists.
Return
the
PSU
to
your
supplier
for
repair.
Important:
If
only
one
PSU
is
used
in
the
storage
system,
a
blanking
plate
must
be
fitted
in
the
unused
upper
slot.
Operating
the
storage
system
with
any
modules
missing
will
disrupt
airflow
and
the
drives
will
not
receive
sufficient
cooling.
It
is
important
that
all
openings
are
filled
before
operating
the
system.:
Removing

To
remove
a
power
supply
unit,
do
the
following:

Removing

supply
unit
must
only
be
performed
by
a
qualified
service
person.
