Test 2-7: Frequency Accuracy
Description
The purpose of this test is to verify that the AFG meets its specifications for
frequency accuracy.
Equipment Setup
• Connect equipment as shown in Figure 2-8
• Set Counter to: Frequency, 50 Ω input impedance
Test Procedure
1. Reset the AFG:
*RST;*CLS Reset AFG and clear
status registers
Perform steps 2 - 6 for each entry listed in Table 2-7:
2. Abort the waveform if it has been previously initiated:
ABORT
