5.2.1.1.10 Article 17 YOUR COOPERATION
17.1 Instructions and Number plan. You guarantee that You will comply with any
reasonable instructions given by Skype or the SkypeIn number provider with regard
to the use of the SkypeIn numbers and that You will comply with the requirements
of the relevant national numbering plan.
17.2 Provision of information. You guarantee that You will provide accurate and
complete information with regard to Your place of residence and Your use of the
SkypeIn number, and all such other information with regard to fulfilment of the
requirements of the number plan, as may reasonably be required from time to time
by Skype.
17.3 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Skype and (as applicable)
Skype Staff and Affiliates harmless against any and all third-party claims, actions,
proceeding and costs, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees,
incurred by Skype arising out of or relating to any inaccurate or incomplete
information provided by You hereunder, Your violation of the instructions given by
Skype or to Your violation of the requirements of the relevant national numbering
plan reasonably communicated to You by Skype or the SkypeIn number provider.
5.2.1.1.11 Article 18 CHARGES
18.1 Charges. Charges for SkypeIn shall be immediately deducted from Your respective
Account upon Your order for SkypeIn, defining the service period of Your choice.
VOICEMAIL
The provisions set forth in this Chapter ‘Voicemail’ shall, in addition to the General
Conditions of these Terms of Service, apply if Skype provides You Voicemail.
5.2.1.1.12 Article 19 CHARGES
19.1 Charges. Charges for the Voicemail shall be immediately deducted from Your
respective account upon Your subscription defining the service period of Your
choice.
5.2.1.1.13 Article 20 LIMITS OF USAGE
20.1 Limits of usage. Skype may from time to time introduce, remove or amend limits
of the use of the Voicemail including but not limited to message storage time,
number of messages and message length.
SKYPE GROUP SERVICE
The provisions set forth in this Chapter ‘Skype Group Service’ shall, in addition to the
General Conditions of these Terms of Service, apply if Skype provides You Skype Group
Service.
