Creating a New Text File

On the Home menu, press / to select “Text,” and then press
the center button.
The Text file list appears.

Press / to select “New,” and then press the center button.
A blank text editing screen appears.

Use the keyboard to enter the text you want to appear in the
file, and then press OPTION.
The Context menu appears.

Press / to select “Save As,” and then press the center
button.
A message appears, enabling you to save the file. Follow the on-screen
instructions to save the file.
