From the Signal Strength screen, click
Finish
if you are satisfied with the
selected channel signal strength and exit. Click
Back
to return to the MCE
signal strength meter.
Taking Control of Your Digital TV
After setting up your TV stations, you can watch live TV, record your favorite
show for later viewing, or even view the latest listing of current television
programming.

To take control of your TV and make your choices, select My TV from the
MCE Start menu.
