Utilización del modo de compensación de la luz de fondo (BLC)
 BLC está operativa en los Camera Mode
y M.Cam Mode. página 26
 Existe luz de fondo cuando el objeto que
se va a grabar es más oscuro que el
fondo:
- Cuando el objeto está delante de una
ventana.
- Cuando se va a grabar a una persona
que lleva ropa blanca o brillante y
se encuentra frente a un fondo muy
iluminado. En este caso su cara
estará demasiado oscura para que
se distingan sus facciones.
- Cuando el objeto se encuentra en el exterior y el fondo está nublado.
- Cuando la fuente de luz es muy intensa.
- Cuando el objeto se encuentra delante de un fondo nevado.
1. Coloque el interruptor [Mode] en [DISC] o
[CARD].(sólo SC-DC173(U)/DC175/DC575)
2. Coloque el interruptor [Power] en
[ (Camera)].
3. Presione el botón [MENU].
 Aparece la lista del menú.
4. Mueva el [Joystick] hacia arriba o hacia abajo para
seleccionar y presione el [Joystick].
5. Mueva el [Joystick] hacia arriba o hacia abajo para
seleccionar y presione el [Joystick].
6. Mueva el [Joystick] hacia arriba o hacia abajo para
seleccionar y presione el [Joystick].
7. Para salir, presione el botón [MENU].
 Aparece el icono de BLC ( ).
Notas
 Puede acceder directamente a la función BLC
utilizando el botón [Q.MENU].  página 27
 La función BLC no está operativa en el modo
EASY.Q.

Using Back Light Compensation Mode (BLC)
 BLC works in both Camera Mode and
M.Cam Mode. page 26
 Back lighting exists when the subject is
darker than the background:
- The subject is in front of a window.
- The person to be recorded is
wearing white or shiny clothes and is
placed against a bright background;
the person’s face is too dark to
distinguish his/her features.
- The subject is outdoors and the
background is overcast.
- The light sources are too bright.
- The subject is against a snowy background.
1. Set the [Mode] switch to [DISC] or [CARD].
(SC-DC173(U)/DC175/DC575 only)
2. Set the [Power] switch to [ (Camera)].
3. Press the [MENU] button.
 The menu list will appear.
4. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select
, then press the [Joystick].
5. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select ,
then press the [Joystick].
6. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select ,
then press the [Joystick].
7. To exit, press the [MENU] button.
 BLC icon ( ) is displayed.
Notes
 You can directly access the BLC function by using
the [Q.MENU] button. page 27
 The BLC function will not operate in EASY.Q mode.
