Resolución de problemas
Síntoma Explicación/Solución
La pantalla de
reproducción se
interrumpe de forma
inesperada.
 Compruebe que la fuente de alimentación
(batería o adaptador de CA) esté conectada
correctamente y estable.
No se puede reproducir
un disco DVD-RW/+RW/-
R/+R DL>.
 Es posible que un disco con datos que se
ha grabado utilizando otros dispositivos
no funcione correctamente con esta
Videocámara con DVD.
 Un disco DVD-RW grabado en modo VR no
puede reproducirse utilizando un grabador
que no admita el modo VR. Consulte
el manual del usuario del dispositivo
de reproducción para comprobar la
compatibilidad.
No se puede reproducir
un disco DVD-RW/+RW/
-R/+R DL grabado en un
PC.
 Limpie el disco utilizando un paño.
 Finalice el disco (excepto DVD+RW).
Si se pulsa el interruptor
[OPEN] no se abre la
tapa del disco.
 Compruebe que la fuente de alimentación
(batería o adaptador de CA) esté conectada
correctamente y estable.
 Retire la batería de la Videocámara con
DVD e instálela de nuevo.
 Asegúrese de que la batería esté cargada.
 La finalización del disco se interrumpió
al apagarse la Videocámara con DVD.
Encienda la Videocámara con DVD y saque
el disco tras finalizarlo.
No es posible cerrar la
tapa del disco.
 Asegúrese que no se líe la empuñadura.
 Asegúrese de que el disco se ha insertado
correctamente.
 Cuando no se cierre la cubierta en casos
excepcionales, póngase en contacto con el
centro de servicio local.

Playback screen
interrupted
unexpectedly.
 Check the Power supply (Battery Pack or AC
Power Adapter) is properly connected and stable.
Cannot play back
a recorded DVD-
RW/+RW/-R/+R DL
disc.
 A disc with data that had been recorded using
other devices may not properly work with this
DVD Camcorder.
 A DVD-RW disc recorded in VR mode cannot
be played back using a recorder that does not
support VR mode. Refer to the user’s manual of
playback device to check compatibility.
Cannot play back
a recorded DVD-
RW/+RW/-R/+R DL
disc on a PC.
 Clean the disc using a cleaning cloth.
 Finalize the disc (except DVD+RW).
Pushing the
[OPEN] switch
does not open the
Disc Cover.
 Check the Power supply (Battery Pack or AC
Power Adapter) is properly connected and stable.
 Detach the Battery Pack from the DVD
Camcorder and install it again.
 Make sure the Battery Pack is charged.
 Disc fanalisation was interrupted by turning the
DVD Camcorder off. Turn the DVD Camcorder
on, and take out the disc after finalizing the disc.
Cannot close the
Disc Cover.
 Make sure the hand strap is not entangled.
 Make sure the disc was inserted properly.
 When the cover is not closed by an exceptional
case, please contact the local service center.
