Exporting and Importing Contacts
You can export your contact list to an optional installed memory
card, or import a list of contacts (previously exported) from a
memory card.
1. From the Home screen, touch Phone ➔ Contacts.
2. Press Menu, then touch Import/Export.
3. Touch Import from SD card, Export to SD card, or Share
visible contacts then follow the prompts to complete the
operation.
Favorite Contacts
Mark Contacts with a star to identify them as Favorites.
Favorites are displayed on the Favorites tab in the Phone screen,
for fast dialing or messaging.
Creating Favorite Contacts
1. From the Home screen, touch Phone ➔ Contacts.
2. Find a Contact, then touch it to display its information.
3. Touch the Star at the top right of the screen. The star
is illuminated in gold ( ) marking the Contact as a
Favorite.
Additional Contact Options
When you view a Contact’s information, you have other options
than to Edit, Share, or Delete it.
1. From the Home screen, touch Phone ➔ Contacts.
2. Find a Contact, then touch it to display its information.
3. Press Menu, then touch Options. The following
options are available:
• Ringtone: Select a unique ringtone to identify calls from this
Contact.
• Incoming calls: When enabled, sends calls from this Contact
directly to your voice mailbox.
Deleting Multiple Contacts
1. From the Home screen, touch Phone ➔ Contacts.
2. Press Menu, then touch Delete. The Contacts Delete
list appears in the display.
3. To delete selected Contacts, touch each Contact to be
deleted. A check mark appears in the check box for each
Contact selected.
To delete all Contacts, touch Select all. Check marks
appear in the check boxes for all of your Contacts.
4. Touch Delete. You are prompted to confirm your deletions.
5. To delete the selected Contacts, touch OK.
