3 Press the key to end your message.

5 Press the PTT switch, the Call key, or the # key to
transmit.

Receiving a Data Call
1 When a call is received, the icon appears on the
display and flashes.
• The icon remains on the display when there is data in
the stack.

The following messages may appear on the display under
certain circumstances:
•
ENGAGED: The called party is in another call.
•
HOLDING: The transceiver is confirming the call made by
the base station.
•
INVALID: You entered an invalid call address.
•
NU: The called party could not be reached (Number
Unobtainable).
•
NO REPLY: The called party has been called, but they did
not respond to the call.
•
PARTY BUSY: The called party is temporarily prohibited
from making calls.
•
QUEUED: All communication channels are currently in use;
your call will be connected when a channel becomes free.
