Speech Input
In Settings >> Speech Input, you can edit the following:
 Announce Search Results – Have the voice system read off the search results list for you. If set to
“No,” you will see the search results on the screen but will not hear them read off.
Side Key
In Settings >> Side Key, you can set up the Convenience Key on the
left- or right-hand side of the device to use TeleNav GPS Navigator with
a single click, without having to first launch the application.
To make TeleNav GPS Navigator’s Speak In option a Convenience Key, you must do the following:
1. In the BlackBerry Main Menu and choose “Options” (the wrench icon).
2. Choose “Screen/ Keyboard.”
3. Scroll down to choose which key you want to use, Left or Right Side Convenience Key, and set it to “Nothing.”
4. Press the Menu key and choose “Save.”
18. Give Feedback
TELENAV is always striving to give you the best user experience. Just choose Menu >> Give Feedback to type or
speak in your comments about how TeleNav GPS Navigator is working for you. You can also give Feedback from
any page in TeleNav GPS Navigator by holding down the “F” key for two seconds. The voice input feedback option
does not work during navigation.
Occasionally, you may also be asked to provide feedback after a navigation session is finished. To opt out of future
feedback surveys, simply check the box, “Do not ask me for feedback after trips.”
