About
This menu option shows the exact version of TeleNav GPS Navigator that is on your device. Knowing the exact
version of your software may be helpful if you ever have to call TeleNav GPS Navigator Technical Support.
Support Info
Find contact information for TeleNav GPS Navigator Customer Support here. Once you are on the Support screen,
you can press Menu to quickly call Customer Support.
PIN
View your PIN number. Your PIN is used to log into “My TeleNav GPS Navigator” at
my.telenav.com
for pre-
planning.
Diagnostic Tools
These Diagnostic Tools can help you troubleshoot your device, in the event that you may need to contact Customer
Support. You may be asked to provide some of the information that you find on this screen.
You can refresh the data at any time my choosing Menu >> Refresh. This is useful for when you have lost GPS
data and need to refresh your GPS location.
How Location is Used
Read a brief explanation of how TeleNav uses your current location in order to provide you with accurate GPS
services.
