Solution
Unit does not run.
I/0 power switch in “I” position.
•
No power to unit.
•
Unit circuit breaker tripped/faulty
•
Faulty electrical connections.
•
Faulty circuit board.
•
Faulty I/0 power switch.
•
Check wall outlet for power.
•
Reset or replace circuit breaker.
•
Check electrical connections.
•
Replace circuit board.
•
Replace I/0 power switch.
Compressor runs with intermittent
alarm. Oxygen concentration at max
flow rate is within specifications.
• Faulty pressure transducer.
• Replace circuit board.
Compressor runs and shuts down
periodically. Only start up alarm
activates
• Faulty oxygen monitor circuit board.
• Replace oxygen monitor circuit board.
Compressor runs and shuts down
periodically with 5-beep intermittent
high temperature alarm.
•
Restricted air flow.
•
Unit overheating due to improper
location. Compressor thermally cut off
due to excessive heat. NOTE: It will
not restart until it cools down.
•
Faulty cabinet fan.
•
Temperature probe wire harness faulty
or disconnected from circuit board.
•
Remove obstruction.
•
Locate unit away from heating source,
providing adequate ventilation on all
sides.
•
Do not operate more than one unit
side by side.
•
Replace cabinet fan.
•
Replace or reconnect temperature
probe.
Compressor runs with 3-beep
intermittent low pressure alarm
and low oxygen concentration.
•
Leak
•
Reduced air intake
•
Weak compressor
•
Faulty circuit board.
•
Leak test and repair leak.
•
Check compressor intake path for
obstruction. Clean/remove
obstruction.
•
Replace compressor.
•
Replace circuit board
.
Compressor does not start. I/0
power switch in “I” position,
intermittent 3-beep low pressure
alarm, and cabinet fan turns.
•
Extreme cold start.
•
Faulty electrical connection for
compressor.
•
Faulty capacitor.
•
Faulty circuit board.
•
Allow unit to reach room
temperature.
•
Check electrical connections for
compressor.
•
Replace capacitor.
•
Replace circuit board
4-beep high pressure alarm is
activated and both compressor
and valves do not operate.
•
Restriction in exhaust muffler.
•
Contaminated sieve beds.
•
Faulty solenoid valve.
•
Faulty circuit board.
•
Replace exhaust muffler.
•
Replace sieve beds.
•
Replace solenoid valve manifold.
•
Replace circuit board.
