The InServ mapping list shows all the credentials that are currently defined. The fields are as
follows:
InServ Name - Name of the registered InServ.
InServ ID - System ID for the InServ.
InServ User - User name associated with the InServ.
Windows User - Windows user who created the InServ credential.
