To add a new scheduled virtual copy task, follow these steps:
1 Click Add.
The Select Schedule Type dialog appears.

2 Select the time when the scheduled copy creation task is to be performed. You have the
option of scheduling when (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly) the virtual copy is to be created.
You can also schedule a virtual copy creation task to occur on a one-time basis.
3 Click Next. The wizard will request the appropriate information based on the option time
frame you have chosen. As an example that shows the types of information you need to
supply, if you choose Weekly, the Weekly Schedule Task dialog appears.
