Main input tray (tray 1)

The main input tray holds up to 150 pages of 80 g/m

or 20 lb paper or fewer pages of heavier media

(15 mm (0.6 in) or less stack height). Load media with the top forward and the side to be printed facing
down. To prevent jams and skewing, always adjust the side and rear media guides.

NOTE:

When you add new media, make sure that you remove all of the media from the input tray and

straighten the stack of new media. This helps to prevent multiple sheets of media from feeding into the
device, which can cause jams.
