serial number.

Connect to the Internet: Open your
Web browser, or press Connect on
your keyboard.

Type http://www.hp.com into your Web browser
address box and press Enter on your keyboard.

Select your country/region from the drop-down list,
and click the arrow to the right of the list (scroll down
to see the box).
