Pull out the multi-purpose extension flap.

Open the face up output tray, and then pull out the face up output tray
extension if necessary.

Envelopes that have been creased after they have been printed:
At the back of the printer open the face-up output tray, push down the blue
tabs at the left and right-hand sides as shown in the diagram below. When
you have finished printing your envlope(s) close the face up output tray to re-
set the blue tabs automatically or re-set the blue tabs manually by pushing
the blue tabs back to their original position.
