When you place paper on the multi-purpose tray, note the following:
•
When printing, the inside tray automatically rises to feed paper into the
printer.
•
The print surface must be face up.
•
Insert the leading edge of the paper first and push it gently into the tray.
•
The top of the paper stack must be under the guides that are on both
sides of the tray. The maximum thickness is 10 mm (or 0.39 inch).

Change the following settings in the printer driver.
Select the MP
tray etc.
Select the paper
size, media type
etc.
