Enabling/Disabling the EWF Manager
The status of the EWF Manager may be changed by running the
ChangeEWFState.exe program located in the C:\Utility\Change EWF State
directory. After running this program, a system restart is required for the change to
take effect. Administrator privileges are required to enable and disable the EWF
Manager.
