4.6.1 AT/ATX Mode Selection

Set both of the jumpers select AT or ATX power mode for the KINO-QM770. AT power

mode limits the system to on/off. ATX allows the system to use various power saving

states and enter a standby state, so the system can be turned on remotely over a network.

The settings on both jumpers should be the same.
